Welcome to GoodCRM. We’re the CRM built for charities, non profits, and organisations that do good – like yours!
GoodCRM is an organisation wide CRM. It has lots of different features, which handle different parts of your dayto-day work. This includes managing contact details for the people you work with, fundraising, managing memberships, managing events and activities, sending surveys and generating reports, plus lots more.
The great thing about using one CRM across your organisation is that it keeps your data connected. Your contacts will each have a central profile, which all of their data connects to. You’ll be able to see all interactions with them from one place.
GoodCRM uses Connection fields to connect all of this data together. Your CRM is totally customisable, so you can create the connections that make sense for your organisation. You might need to connect young people to their parent or guardian, or maybe you need to connect producers and volunteers to your projects.
Connections make it really easy to find out simple things, like who came to a certain event or donated to a certain fundraising campaign, as well as more complicated things – for example, gathering all the complex audience data you need to report to your funders.
We can use GoodCRM’s segmentation tools to slice up the data we have in the CRM, so we can use it in our day to day role. Marketing teams might use this to generate mailing lists of people with particular interests, or identify VIPs to invite to an event. Fundraising teams might use this to generate prospect lists, and help reach more potential donors for a campaign. Programme teams might use it to understand their audience sizes and attendance rates, or dive into demographic data about the people who come along to your events.
By keeping all of this data in one place, and connecting it all up, your team can gather much more intelligent information from it.
